Job summary

Affinity Property Management, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Park at Fifth and Arcade in Corvallis, OR. This full-time, non-exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at a $23.00 hourly wage, with leasing commissions and a monthly transportation allowance.

Responsibilities include tours, leasing cycles, occupancy maintenance, and operations support using Yardi Voyager and CRM. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and employee

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Demonstrates teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and develop professionally.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other revenue.
• Assist Property Manager with delinquency processes.
• Assist with processing vendor invoices.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
