Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR seeks a Property Manager for Countryside Apartments in Springfield, Oregon. This full-time role reports to the Portfolio Manager and oversees leasing, resident relations, and financial operations to sustain occupancy targets and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full-cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Manage delinquency process and vendor invoices.
• Assist Portfolio Manager with annual budget preparation.
• Lead administrative and maintenance staff with coaching and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with renter's insurance and housing laws.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
