Job summary

Baron Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Baron Apartments in Gilbert, AZ. This full-time role offers $24-$25 per hour with monthly bonus potential and the possibility to increase pay by up to $20K over your hourly rate.

Under the Community Manager, you will oversee daily property operations, drive leasing, engage residents, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and lease processes. Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Property management and/or leasing experience required.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of property management best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive property occupancy through leasing and marketing initiatives.
• Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors; address inquiries.
• Qualify potential residents based on needs, eligibility, and Fair Housing.
• Conduct property tours showcasing apartment features and benefits.
• Complete market surveys as requested by the Community Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Monitor delinquent rents and address resident concerns.
• Assist in resident retention programs and social activities.
• Report unusual circumstances promptly.
• Oversee daily operations in line with company objectives.
• Demonstrate customer service and leadership within the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial oversight.
