Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff and work schedules.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure compliance with AMC policies and procedures.
• Meet leasing objectives by using effective sales techniques.
• Handle and resolve resident requests or concerns.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties including reporting.
• Implement and design a resident retention program.
• Design and maintain marketing and advertising strategies.
• Ensure property compliance with safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report any incidents regarding the property.
