Falls of West Oaks Apartments in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations at our community.

You will support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, assist with leasing efforts, and ensure smooth administrative processes.

This role requires 1–3 years in property management, leasing experience preferred, and strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with rent collections and delinquency management.
• Experience handling renewals, move-ins and move-outs, and resident correspondence.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in leasing activity.
• File all resident correspondence, back up phones, and assist in office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.
