Job summary

Coastal Ridge in Dublin, OH is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to act as second in command at a conventional community. You will contribute to leasing production, oversee applications, and support the property’s financial performance.

The role requires leasing and sales experience, familiarity with multifamily housing, and proficiency in property management software such as OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in leasing and sales required; Leasing Manager experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multifamily conventional or student housing is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of leasing process and tours.
• Enter leads, contact prospects, and follow up.
• Oversee application and screening processes.
• Monitor resident renewal efforts and keep records updated.
• Support marketing efforts and resident events.
• Assist with financial reporting and closing financial books.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in the absence of the manager.
