Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales is required; Leasing Manager experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multifamily conventional or student housing is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Entrata.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing production and meet team goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, close leases and oversee applications.
• Monitor renewal efforts and maintain positive resident relations.
• Maintain clubhouse, model units, and tour routes to high standards.
• Assist with financial reporting and cash flow monitoring.
• Serve as acting Property Manager in their absence and support marketing events.
