Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Orlando, FL to motivate leasing consultants, collect rent, review applications, and support the property team to meet occupancy and budget goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in property management, a high school diploma, strong computer and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. We offer competitive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations when necessary and work closely with the property manager to ensure community guidelines are met.
• Review and approve applications when necessary and ensure proof of income and applications are within community qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies have been paid and documents uploaded.
• Ensure residents’ current and future scheduled billing is correct.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and uploading bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident situations before escalation.
• Assist with leasing and take tours.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team.
• Work with property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident functions and maximize renewals.
• May need to work one weekend a month.
