Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Villages at Franklin Crossing in Kent, OH. You will manage the leasing process, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins/outs to minimize vacancies while maintaining resident relations.

The role requires the ability to market effectively, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure a safe, well-maintained community. Prior leasing experience and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• 1+ years leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage marketing, tours, and applications.

Responsabilidades

• Fill occupancy and present properties positively to prospects.
• Demo communities and conduct tours for potential tenants.
• Process rental applications and maintain leasing data.
• Develop and adjust marketing plans based on market information.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and required paperwork.
• Maintain resident relations and timely responses to inquiries.
