Job summary

You will lead the maintenance team, supervise requests, and uphold high service standards in a 300+ unit community. The ideal candidate is HVAC certified with 3+ years of residential property management maintenance supervision, holds a valid driver’s license, and can manage on-call and emergency repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified (EPA certified) required.
• Minimum 3 years of residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Superior communication and customer service skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Read and carry out work orders promptly, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and functions; manage on-call and emergency repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review.
• Maintain exterior, common areas, vacant units, and overall property condition; supervise vendors and contractors.
• Record repairs, inventory parts, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards.
