Job summary

PRAXM is seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to support a stabilized multifamily community in Lincoln. You will work closely with the Property Manager to drive leasing performance, optimize collections, and strengthen asset outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational and financial aptitude, familiarity with Fair Housing, and proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office. You will report daily, manage resident accounts, and help lead leasing, marketing, and customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and financial aptitude, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on key initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing and housing regulations.
• Proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office (Excel skills preferred).
• CALP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Property Manager to achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals
• Support leasing team to ensure strong performance, accountability, and compliance with company policies and Fair Housing standards
• Analyze and manage resident ledgers, financial reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and support property performance
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies based on local market conditions
• Drive collections efforts through consistent follow-up, problem-solving, and resident communication
• Deliver a high-quality resident experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to NOI growth
• Lead by example, reinforcing a culture of accountability, customer service, and performance
