Job summary

PRAXM is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a stabilized multifamily community in Indiana. You will partner with the Property Manager to drive leasing performance, optimize collections, and support asset success.

You will analyze resident ledgers and financials while assisting in marketing strategies and tenant relations. Onsite role requiring weekend availability and physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Property Manager to execute on leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Support and guide the leasing team to ensure strong performance, accountability, and compliance with policies.
• Analyze and manage resident ledgers, financial reports, and documentation to support property performance.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies based on local market conditions.
• Drive collections efforts through follow-up and resident communication.
• Deliver a high-quality resident experience by addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and NOI growth.
• Lead by example with accountability and customer service.
