Job summary

PRAXM is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a stabilized multifamily community in Missouri. This role partners with the Property Manager to strengthen leasing performance, optimize collections, and contribute to asset success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily management, strong organizational and financial skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing. Proficiency with RealPage and Excel is preferred, and CALP designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and financial aptitude with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficiency with RealPage and Microsoft Office; Excel skills preferred.
• CALP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Property Manager to drive leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.
• Support leasing team to ensure performance and compliance with policies.
• Analyze resident ledgers and financial reports to support property performance.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies.
• Drive collections through follow-up and resident communication.
• Deliver high-quality resident experience with prompt resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and NOI growth.
• Lead by example and promote accountability and performance.
