Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Sunwood to support daily operations, resident relations, and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, NOI, and exceptional resident experiences.

The role starts at $19.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to an additional $4.65 per hour through commissions and incentives, plus benefits such as rent discounts and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills to lease apartments.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Experience in resident relations and marketing a plus.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments using proven sales skills.
• Advertise and market properties through social media and marketing platforms.
• Tour properties with prospective residents and close the sale.
• Maintain relationships with residents and address requests or concerns.
• Document communications in the CRM and coordinate with the Property Manager.
