Job summary

The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a vibrant 379-unit community in Largo, MD. You will work with the Property Manager to oversee leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and office administration.

The role emphasizes financial objectives through rent collection, positive resident interactions, and leadership of team members. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MRI, YARDI and Nexus software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations in partnership with the Property Manager.
• Lead by example, uphold core values and culture.
• Conduct informative tours to convert prospects into leases.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency to support financial objectives.
