Capano Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Residential Property Manager to join our growing team of professionals. The role supports the Property Manager in leasing duties, rent collection, and daily office operations at our Delmar, MD location.

You will assist with sending invoices, maintaining vendor files, and generating several standard reports. Strong coordination and communication with residents and staff is essential for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in preparing lease agreements and collecting rent.
• Prepare late notices and process NSF checks.
• Schedule Leasing Agents and other team members.
• Maintain vendor files and process invoices submitted to the corporate office.
• Record rent receipts in management software daily and reconcile deposits.
