Job summary

The Baylor in Groveport, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to serve as second in command at the community, helping drive leasing, operations, and resident satisfaction.

You’ll greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, manage renewals, and ensure accurate rent postings to support strong cash flow. A background in multifamily leasing and proficiency with Entrata/OneSite/RealPage is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing and sales required; Leasing Manager experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multifamily housing strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to participate in emergency duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing process: respond to leads, conduct tours, close leases, and manage applications and screenings.
• Monitor resident renewals and maintain clubhouse, model units, and tour routes.
• Communicate property features and market positioning to address objections.
• Support leasing team to meet leasing and marketing objectives.
• Monitor competitive landscape and update market records.
• Ensure timely collection and posting of rent and vendor payments to maintain cash flow.
• Assist Property Manager with financial reporting and close financial books; act in manager's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
