Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing process from inquiry through move-in and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor services, and inspections with Property Manager.
• Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and record financial transactions.
• Maintain tenant files, leases, notices, and reporting in AppFolio.
• Provide excellent tenant service and respond to requests promptly.
• Support management in budgeting, marketing, and social media updates.
