Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Flight at Dayton, a premier off-campus community in Dayton, OH. This full-time role supports leasing production, resident relations, and financial operations under the Property Manager.

You will help with tours, applications, screening, and renewals while maintaining high standards for the clubhouse, model units, and tour routes. A strong background in leasing and property software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales at multifamily communities.
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata/OneSite/RealPage).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as second in command and support the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing production and ensure peak property performance.
• Assist with tours, leasing closes, and application/screening processes.
• Support resident renewals and clubhouse maintenance to high standards.
• Provide financial oversight and assist with reporting to the Property Manager.
• Coordinate with marketing and leasing teams to meet goals.
• Handle delinquent accounts and ensure timely rental postings.
