Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, operations, and financial oversight at our West Pine Lofts community in St. Louis, MO.

This full-time role reports to the Property Manager and emphasizes collaboration, resident experience, and performance metrics. The position requires leasing/sales experience, familiarity with multifamily housing, and proficiency with property management software such as OneSite, Entrata, or RealPage.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales is required.
• Familiarity with multifamily housing is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite/Entrata/RealPage) is expected.
• Microsoft Excel skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all leasing activities from lead follow-up to tours and lease closings.
• Maintain clubhouse, model units and tour routes to high standards.
• Support financial reporting and cash-flow monitoring.
• Step in as acting Property Manager in their absence.
