Job summary

Fogelman is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the team at McKenzie Park in West Little Rock. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily, strong accounting and collections, and is proficient in Yardi with leasing experience.

Responsibilities include rent posting, delinquency management, monthly reporting, and assisting the Property Manager with operations and compliance. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of assistant property manager experience in multifamily.
• Strong accounting, collections and resident services.
• Proficiency in Yardi; Yieldstar and CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Post and collect rent, deposits and fees, and post to the system timely.
• Assist with leasing duties including renewals as needed.
• Collect monies due after move-out for damages or cleaning.
• Contact delinquent residents via letters and in person for payment.
• File eviction paperwork and attend court as needed.
• Move out vacating residents in the system to reflect occupancy.
• Prepare month-end close reports and SODA statements.
• Stand in for the Property Manager when unavailable.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
