Job summary

Fogelman is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the team at McKenzie Park in West Little Rock. The ideal candidate has at least three years in multifamily property management, strong accounting skills, and proficiency in Yardi.

Responsibilities include rent posting, lease administration, delinquency management, and month-end reporting. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an assistant property manager in the multi-family industry.
• Strong in accounting and collections.
• Proficient in Yardi.
• Proven leasing abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Posting of monthly rent, application fees, deposits and collections.
• May be required to perform all leasing duties including renewals.
• Collection of monies due after move out due to damages, additional cleaning charges, etc.
• Contacting delinquent residents for payment with a goal of $0 due by month end.
• Filing eviction paperwork and attending court.
• Prepare month-end close out reports including Occupancy month end, Accounting month end, and SODA.
• Stand in for the Property Manager when unavailable.
• Adhere to all company policies including safety and Fair Housing.
