Fogelman is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for McKenzie Park in West Little Rock. The role emphasizes rent posting, collections, move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services, and leasing support with the Property Manager backing up as needed.

The ideal candidate has three+ years in the multifamily industry, strong accounting and collections skills, proficiency in Yardi, and experience with CRM platforms and Yieldstar. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily assistant property management.
• Strong accounting and collections skills.
• Proficient in Yardi and CRM platforms; Yieldstar preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post monthly rent, fees, deposits and collections accurately.
• Assist with leasing duties including renewals.
• Handle delinquency follow-ups and move-out processes.
• Prepare month-end occupancy and accounting reports.
• Assist Property Manager and cover as needed.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
• Weekend work may be required.
