Diamond Trail Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing and marketing for our communities and to lead on-site staff. This is a full-time role with a focus on resident satisfaction, process adherence, and team development.

The successful candidate will manage rent collection, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance while using marketing data to improve occupancy and revenue. Growth potential is highlighted along with employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HOA experience is a plus.
• Two to three years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, and take action.
• Ability to interact with prospects, residents, peers and management.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Present self in a neat, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and motivating on-site staff to meet property goals.
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents and show the property.
• Handle resident concerns with a customer-service approach.
• Communicate events and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Monitor traffic, conversion, renewals, and marketing data to provide up-to-date information.
• Maintain rent rolls, delinquency reports, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Ensure rents, late fees, and charges are posted and collected.
• Keep model and market-ready apartments clean and ready for showings.
• Assist Property Manager with daily operations and staff guidance.
