Whitehorse Apartments in Yukon, OK is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a 240-unit community.

The role reports to the Property Manager and involves leasing, marketing, rent collection, financial reporting and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management databases.
• MRI experience preferred.
• Strong marketing and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market surveys.
• Outreach marketing and updating online ads.
• All leasing functions including evictions and move ins.
• Various reporting responsibilities.
• Processing security deposit refunds.
• Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent income.
• Send former tenants past due accounts for collection.
• Resident event planning.
• Upkeep with the property's social media accounts.
