Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and writing.

• 1–2 years property management experience, preferably with Tax Credit properties.
• Experience managing affordable housing complexes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel for training.
• Knowledge of policies, laws, Tax Credit Section 42, and tenant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and screens prospective residents for occupancy.
• Prepares, processes and signs leases and rules.
• Purchases general supplies and services per P.O. policy.
• Assists with inspections and monitoring work orders.
• Rent collection, receipting, and deposits using property management software.
• Writes warning letters and prepares legal notices to residents.
• Submits reports and maintains records per policy.
• Performs related duties as required.
