MMS Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Philadelphia team. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management of a 40-unit residential property and help ensure resident satisfaction and lease compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of property management experience, strong organization skills, and proficiency with RealPage OneSite and Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• One year of property management experience or more.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot resident issues and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining professional image and resident welfare.
• Help manage resident files and leasing processes.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Assist in certifying residents' income and rent collection.
