Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Tacoma, WA. The role supports the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction, with a focus on accurate reporting and efficient property management.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of leasing cycles, and a preference for Yardi Voyager and real estate licensure. Excellent MS Office skills and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred, may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Manage accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Lease apartments as needed and maintain lease records.
• Inspect buildings and coordinate maintenance; ensure safety and cleanliness.
