Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, resident relations, and leasing. You will handle rent collection, reporting, and coordination with maintenance teams to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents and owners.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 2–3 years of property management exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Experience with property management systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident relations.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent collection, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions and lease renewals; manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Lease apartments as needed and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect buildings and grounds; coordinate maintenance.
• Support training of staff on leasing and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
