Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking an organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across our multifamily communities. You will assist the Property Manager and help deliver excellent resident experiences while coordinating with vendors and staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of on-site multifamily experience, proficiency in MS Office and Yardi or similar software, and a valid driver’s license with current auto insurance. Training through Tonti University is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of on-site multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi or similar).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to complete Tonti University training assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support residents, vendors, and team members.
• In the Property Manager’s absence, take the lead to ensure smooth operations.
• Process rent payments and deposits; prepare financial reports and maintain records; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with leasing and renewals; ensure compliance with community policies and company procedures.
