Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Property Manager or 3 years in related industry.
• Proficient in Yardi or comparable property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; training via Tonti University may be required.

• Oversee all aspects of property operations and lead the onsite team.
