Qualifications

• Minimum one year of property management experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot resident issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist under the Property Manager with overall management of residential properties.
• Show units, screen applicants, and assist with leasing activities.
• Assist in rent collection and issuance of receipts.
• Prepare notices and maintain resident and office files.
• Support in inspections, work orders, and inventory control.
• Communicate professionally with residents and partners.
