Job summary

MMS Group invites an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Irvington, NJ team. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will help manage multiple residential properties, support leasing, income verification, and rent collection while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will assist with unit showings, applicant screening, file maintenance, and coordination of notices and annual inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management, minimum one year.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot resident issues and maintain professionalism.
• Experience using RealPage OneSite or similar PM software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management of residential properties under the Property Manager.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Assist in certifying residents' income and in rent collection processes.
• Prepare notices, maintain files, and support lease administration.
• Maintain records of rental levels and coordinate annual inspections.
