Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred.
- Strong computer skills; Yardi experience is a plus.
- Knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts.
Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Help maximize lease renewals and earn commissions.
- Build and maintain strong resident relationships.
- Show and lease apartments when needed.
- Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective.
