Job summary

NOAH Property Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager for a 250+ unit community in Charlotte, NC. You will work with the Senior Property Manager and the on-site team to handle leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance coordination and reporting.

Candidates should have 5+ years in multifamily property management, strong teamwork and customer service, knowledge of Fair Housing, CAM/CAPS/ARM preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience working on-site at a 300+ unit community.
• Hands-on rent collections, delinquency and lease administration.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• CAM, CAPS, ARM or similar designations preferred, or interest in pursuing them.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work One Saturday per month, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Property Manager to keep on-site team aligned on priorities, schedules and goals.
• Train and onboard new leasing and office staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and resident follow-up.
• Serve as manager on duty when Senior Property Manager is out.
• Post rents, process deposits and maintain resident ledgers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Senior Property Manager.
• Conduct tours, process applications and coordinate move-ins with leasing team.
• Prepare lease documents and renewals; maintain resident files.
