Job summary

NOAH Property Management is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Charlotte, NC. You will welcome prospects, give tours, guide applicants through approval and move-in, and assist current residents with renewals and leasing requests.

The role offers a base pay of $23–$27 per hour, plus a monthly bonus, 25% rent discount, and a path to leadership within NOAH's Charlotte portfolio. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and sick days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of sales or customer service in a goal-driven environment (property management, hospitality, retail or restaurant).
• Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet every prospect and resident with a friendly, professional welcome.
• Respond quickly to calls, emails, texts and online inquiries.
• Guide applicants through screening, approval, lease signing and move-in, including all paperwork.
• Help current residents with renewals, transfers, roommate changes and other leasing requests.
• Conduct personalized in-person and virtual tours that turn prospects into residents.
• Follow up after every tour and encourage prospects to apply.
• Know the community, floor plans, pricing and specials, plus local amenities and transit.
• Stay current on competing properties' rents and promotions.
• Work with the on-site and centralized leasing teams to meet occupancy goals.
• Track and work every lead in our CRM and complete assigned follow-up tasks on time.
• Process applications, communicate screening results, and prepare and send leases.
• Keep resident files complete, accurate and in compliance with company policy.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any open items with the maintenance team.
• Follow Fair Housing laws and leasing policies and procedures at all times.

NOAH Property Management is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, close leases and deliver great service to residents at a 250+ unit apartment community in Charlotte, NC. What You Can Expect from Us:

• Base Pay: $23/hr - $27/hr (~$45,000 - ~$60,000 per year)
• Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 in bonuses per month. Based on occupancy goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you are often the first person a prospect meets, and you make that first impression count. You will manage leads, give tours, guide applicants through approval and move-in, and help current residents with their leasing needs. You will work alongside the Assistant Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and NOAH's centralized leasing team to hit occupancy and leasing goals.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet every prospect and resident with a friendly, professional welcome

Sales & Leasing

What We'll Expect from You:
