Pinnacle Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Homes Team and support the delivery of housing management services across a portfolio of affordable housing properties. You will work with Property Managers, residents and clients to ensure excellent service, well-maintained properties and responsive tenancy information.

The role involves remote work with travel to sites as needed, strong communication, and the opportunity to develop within housing management.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, residential lettings or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing housing management role.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers with day-to-day management of affordable housing portfolios.
• Assist in managing client portals and respond to housing management queries promptly.
• Keep customer records and client systems up-to-date and accurate.
• Support management of void properties, viewings, sign-ups and move-ins.
• Welcome residents and provide tenancy information throughout the tenancy journey.
• Respond to resident queries with excellent customer service.
• Assist with estate inspections, repairs reporting and admin tasks.
• Produce reports and administrative documentation as required.
• Collaborate with residents, contractors and clients to maintain service standards.
