Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Crescent Mobile Home Park in Gloucester City, NJ. You will handle resident inquiries, foster strong relationships, and support daily operations.

This role focuses on achieving high occupancy, collecting rents, ensuring property standards, and coordinating office tasks. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, with 1–2 years of admin and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative work experience in an office setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on residents.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in achieving high occupancy and market the community to maximize occupancy.
• Help with 100% rent collection and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with property standards and conduct daily site walkthroughs.
• Maintain the property office and complete relevant admin tasks on time.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants and manage communications.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and assist in leadership in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
