Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Sunrise Mobile Home Park in Cocoa, FL. You will interact with residents, assist with occupancy goals, and help ensure rent collection and compliance while supporting daily office operations.

The role offers a schedule-flexible, growth opportunities, and a people-first culture that values feedback and teamwork across the property and community. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work experience in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience via multiple channels.
• Ability to drive to different locations on the property and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Computer proficiency with common software and email.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with achieving high occupancy and marketing the community.
• Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain property office to required standards and meet deadlines.
• Support compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company standards.
