Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of our multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, maintain operational excellence, and support leasing, collections, and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata); experience with ADP is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments per company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions; manage NSFs and rent adjustments.
• Keep accurate resident files meeting company standards.
• Support leasing, move-ins, renewals, and move-out documentation.
