Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager for Capitol Flats in Albuquerque. You will manage rent collections, deposits, and resident files while stepping in for the Business Manager when needed. The role requires independent work across two sites and supports leasing and community events.

Leasing backup, unit showings, and renewal strategies are part of the duties. Expect occasional weekend work and active participation in a dynamic rental market.

Qualifications

• Onsite experience as Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant.
• Manage financial records, collections, and daily deposits with accuracy.
• Familiarity with RealPage, Knock, or Onesite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection and ensure deposits hit daily closures.
• Maintain accurate resident files and issue final statements promptly.
• Inspect make-ready apartments and assess move-out conditions.
• Assist Leasing team with showings, retention efforts, and community events.
• Route liability claims to appropriate parties quickly and cleanly.
