Olympus Property seeks an Assistant Manager at Capitol Flats in Albuquerque, NM. You will support residents, manage daily operations, and help the Leasing team with showings and retention events. This role focuses on accuracy in finances, customer care, and teamwork in a fast-paced community.

Ideal candidates have onsite apartment community experience, can cover dual-site duties, and are familiar with RealPage, Knock, and Onesite software. Growth opportunities and benefit programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Onsite apartment community experience preferred.
• Ability to support a dual-site Business Manager.
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement
• Proficiency with RealPage/Knock/Onesite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with confidentiality.
• Safeguard and deposit all monies timely and accurately.
• Promptly address resident comments and complaints.
• Assist leasing team with showings and resident services.
• Inspect makes-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences.
• Manage rental collections and deposits; monitor occupancy trends.
