Job summary

Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and tenant relationships from its Scottsdale, AZ portfolio. You will ensure service delivery meets owner objectives and maintain high property standards.

You will coordinate CAM reconciliations, monitor budgets and operating expenses, review financial reporting, and collaborate with accounting, asset management, leasing, and leadership to optimize asset performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent commercial property management experience.
3+ years of commercial property management experience.
Experience with financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and vendor management.
Proficient in property management systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for assigned commercial properties and ensure property standards, service expectations, policies, procedures, and business priorities are carried out consistently.
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, responding to questions, service needs, escalations, lease-related inquiries, and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate property inspections, maintenance follow-up, tenant communications, vendor work, building access, service requests, and issue resolution.
Monitor tenant satisfaction, property appearance, curb appeal, cleanliness, safety, access, maintenance response, and overall building performance.
Identify operational risks, tenant service gaps, maintenance concerns, staffing needs, vendor issues, and process improvement opportunities and elevate or resolve them appropriately.
