Job summary

Legacy Commercial Property is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 55 retail properties across Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The role requires 50–70% overnight travel and field-based work from a home office.

You will coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, and support leasing opportunities while maintaining strong tenant relations and property operations. This is an exempt, full-time position with no direct reports.

This is a field-based position with approximately 50–70% overnight travel required. You must be comfortable spending significant time on the road and visiting properties throughout the territory.
