Job summary

Legacy Commercial Property is seeking a Commercial Leasing Agent to drive leasing for a 700+ property portfolio, focusing on southeast retail developments. You will canvass tenants, negotiate terms, and build broker networks to secure national and regional tenants.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in commercial real estate sales, with a strong emphasis on retail leasing and relationship-building across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales; retail leasing a plus.
• Ability to prospect and secure tenants by contacting national retailers and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts for Legacy's ground-up and existing retail properties.
• canvass possible tenants to lease space within the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations of lease terms with tenants and brokers.
• Use data analytics to analyze portfolio, create target lists and void analysis.
• Develop relationships with brokers and tenants to grow the leasing pipeline.

The Agent should be comfortable and confident in both cold calling and working with large national retailers.We are seeking a highly driven individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to sell to national and regional tenants.
