Job summary

POAH Communities seeks an Assistant Property Manager for 20 Stephenson Aman Apartments, a 168-unit redevelopment project in Somerville, MA. You will report to a Property Manager and support leasing, certifications, and day-to-day operations while ensuring HUD/state compliance and resident safety.

Ideal candidates have government-assisted housing experience, familiarity with Yardi, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD/state housing regulations preferred.
• Certified as Tax Credit Specialist or Occupancy Specialist is a plus.
• Experience in day-to-day operations, maintenance, marketing and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Support budgeting, leasing and occupancy certifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance and office staff to ensure compliant operations.
