The role requires at least 2 years of property management experience, familiarity with affordable housing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily arrears collections, including resident visit follow-ups.
• Overseeing the resident move-in and move-out process.
• Inspecting units prior to move-ins and after move-outs.
• Working in conjunction with maintenance staff on the administration of work order requests.
• Assisting the PM with conducting annual unit inspections to ensure compliance with Tax Credit Regulatory standards.
• Ensuring on-time collection and completion of all annual resident certifications.
• Processing new move-in packages.
• Preparing Section 8 packages for reviewing supervisor

Assistant Property Manager

Summary/Objective: The role of the Assistant Property Manager is to interact with tenants as you handle a variety of issues including collections, lease administration, and complaints. You will also ensure proper and timely maintenance of the property itself via visual inspections and coordination with the maintenance staff.

Classification: Non-exempt (overtime eligible)
Location: Houston, TX 77093

Essential function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following
