Foundation Communities in Austin, TX is hiring an Assistant Manager for Spring Terrace to support the Property Manager in daily operations and leasing. You will assist with resident services, rent processing, and compliance, ensuring housing stability and excellent resident experience.

The role includes handling notices, renewals, maintenance coordination, and reporting, with a focus on accurate records and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Sound judgment to resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
• Little to no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and organized resident records.
• Posts all rents, deposits, fees, and daily bank deposits.
• Prepares 90-60-30 day renewal notices and renewals.
• Conducts recertification and background checks.
• Issues notices for late payments, evictions, and NSF checks.
• Prepares and updates reports for the Property Manager.
• Greet residents, show property and handle leasing tasks as needed.
• Handles calls from residents and vendors.
• Accepts service requests and routes to maintenance.
• Inspects move outs and vacant units as directed.
