Job summary

Enterprise Residential is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead a high-performance team across a portfolio of communities. You will supervise property operations, coach staff, and ensure financial targets, resident satisfaction, and safety standards are met.

You will develop operating budgets, analyze performance, and drive marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. Collaboration with Home Office and Resident Services is essential for successful community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years property management experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Three years of multiple-site residential management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent certification in property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of a large portfolio of properties.
• Directs development and performance of operating budgets and maintenance plans.
• Monitors marketing plans and occupancy goals; ensures safety protocols and resident satisfaction.
• Partners with Resident Services to offer robust community initiatives and engagement.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and Enterprise Residential standards.
