MMS Group in Lorain, OH is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an 80-unit residential property. Under a Property Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management, leasing support, income verification, rent collection, and resident communications.

You will help maintain files, prepare notices, coordinate inspections, and support procurement and reporting. Prior PM experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management of residential properties.
• Show units and screen applicants.
• Assist in certifying residents' income and rent collection.
• Prepare notices and maintain resident files.
• Maintain records of rental levels and inspections.
• Assist in maintenance work order system and purchasing procedures.
